      The company gives an incredible autonomy for the employees to perform and propose disruptive ideas. Company focused on the best possible customer experience and growing in a accelerated pace

      Cons

      Career progress is not well structured, company is still in a digital transformation process which means that many decisions are centralized.

      Pros

      Leader in their market, Profitable, Stable, cost effective, layoffs are rare, well known brand, good quality products, nationwide reach, best company in its class.

      Cons

      Leadership is stuck in the Last century. Employees aren't valued at all. They pretend they care sometimes and that's all. If you complain about anything they will tell you it's better than being unemployed. Managers lack A TON of people skills.
