Pros
Compensation as expected. Some kind and professional people were hired. At least there was beer?
Cons
Unprofessional management making questionable decisions and preaching transparency while telling us almost nothing. As mentioned by others, frat house culture, lots of partying with few options. Truly poor diversity. Company meeting at a casino??? So much weird corporate language mixed with #crushingit in every email. We get it, you #crushedit. People who tried to make good decisions got ignored or shut down. Coming to work every day was a drag. I've never gone from so excited about a job to dreading it so much in almost no time flat.
