Pros

They have Decent comp I guess depending on your department. Not to many snack options but that's not a huge deal

Cons

This place is a joke. They "over hired" laid off a ton of people and now are sinking to the bottom. They can't keep anyone and if your considering this place expect to have no training, little leadership, and we'll notice tons of restructures on a monthly basis. Engineering team is basically gone - not sure how they're going to fix anything.

Pros

Most people in engineering were very nice and often helpful. The early engineers will never leave - Localytics is their life.

Cons

Product and engineering are completely disjointed. Company leadership either has no idea what's going on, or they're simply bad at communicating. A significant part of my time at the company was filled with "what's going on?" and "I have no idea what we're doing after this project". Leadership definitely praised those who worked ridiculous hours (and promoted them), all while touting cultural improvement and employee growth.

Pros

- The occasionally decent free lunch and the free beer wasn't bad - Its right off the T - meaningless promotions for no reason?

Cons

- filter the reviews by date and you will see the path the company is on, disregard the few reviews clearly written by upper management - The executives preach transparency but don't practice it at all. - At one time the product was a potential leader in the space but with the departure of a majority of the engineering department and many others they stand no chance. - The executives all have their own agenda and don't know how to run a company. They are good at putting meaningless hashtags or motivation at the end of their emails though. - After about a month working at Localytics, everyday there was worse than the last one.
