Pros

Work to life balance is excellent. Pay for the level of work required is outstanding.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre at best. For being a large money making machine, the company is very stingy with any bonuses or perks. Get used to fighting corporate red tape if you need new safety boots (which are promised as a perk). Also they will want you to wear the company shirts, but will not purchase them for you so you will be asked to buy your own. This can be a benefit because you get to wear what you want if you refuse to buy the shirts.
