      Good company to start a career at and get exposure to the aerospace sector.

      Cons

      High achievers are taken advantage of and not rewarded appropriately. Too many managers moving around with varying priorities. The only way to move up quickly is to leave the company or program.

      The team I work with is amazing. Working in a shop that completely insources the majority of their products makes for a rich learning environment.

      Cons

      Working with a Union shop is very difficult...lots of unnecessary hoops to jump through.
