Pros

Had a great work group. Mostly all Vets, made some real good friends there. Loved the customer we worked for. Had a lot of pride working on the aircraft that I did. Flex schedule was awesome. Basically, as long as you get your 40 hours in, they really didn't mind how you got there.

Cons

Management never let us know how the company was doing, what the future was holding for us. Then one day, layoffs because of ending of a contract.
