Pros
As a Field Logistics Service Representative, you are one on one with your customers everyday. Your regularly first in last out, supporting a small piece of a global mission. Long hours, lots of meetings, getting your hands dirty and making sure aircraft fly every day... It is a difficult but fulfilling job. The work life balance is good, very flexible but be prepared to answer the phone as you are the primary contact for your customers .
Cons
The health benefits could be better, overall we not fully integrated with the rest of the business as far as titles, pay, and benefits.
