      Great flexibility and benefits, but unclear promotion path

      Pros

      Flexibility, understanding management, good hours, good benefits.

      Cons

      The biggest con is not knowing what it takes to move up a level. What is needed to get a promotion? It seems to be different for everyone even in the same business areas. Would be better if it was clearly defined.

      Pros

      Lockheed has great benefits including HSA, PTO, paid parental leave as well as allowances on PPE and other small perks that shows the company values you.

      Cons

      The 4/10 shift can be difficult for some people to adjust to.
