Pros
I'm here because I get to put my hands on hardware. This is not always the case for design engineers. Also, as far as I can tell is the best aero/ mechanical work in Orlando.
Cons
Locked is a large government contractor. Our has some of the faults government has, slow to change, need to follow the chain of command. Not the most innovative company which is one of the reasons I dislike it. There is some good design work here but great design work well be found else where.
