Fortune 500 company with a long term contract with the F-35 program. Many opportunities have become available as a result of continually accelerated production.
Cons
Make sure a potential employment opportunity isn't in a department that is under the umbrella as overhead. These departments can be extremely volatile with turnover or shrinkage. Many of these departments used to have many more in headcount, be prepared to find a lot of loose ends untied.
