      * Flexible work schedule * Competitive salary * Diverse workforce * Well designed product * Learning opportunities

      Cons

      * Older generations make up the majority of all higher management causing limited social changes and stifled ideas. * Only high-deductible insurance options available which has caused a huge financial strain on my young family of 4 and a half.

      NO HR, Everything has to go to Dallas where they do not know you; you are just a number. No regard for medical issues.
