      Pros

      Good culture. Hard to get fired, they want to see you succeed and will work to find you another team or program if the current one isn't working out. Really flexible and support a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is okay. Average benefits. Really bad in-boarding and out-boarding processes. Really need to try to learn when you start. Not a lot of diversity.
