      Awesome work-life balance. Senior Management and more experienced employees foster a comfortable learning environment.

      Cons

      Only con is that you won't move up faster that the structure allows. You'll know exactly where you'll be in X number of years.

      Pros

      Flexible hours for my team. 4/10 work schedule. Yearly raises. 401k 4% match, plus 6% of base pay given by company. Health care, dental, vision are all solid plans. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment. Sad and outdated office space. Slow computers. Long walk to my desk. No windows. No time to leave for lunch. Lack of diversity. I'm the only female on my team. Lacking in friendship/comradery. Please note that this experience is specific to me and my team, but may not be company wide.
