Pros
You get what you put in. There is a lot of work to be done and to learn if you get the right boss.
Cons
A lot of full time employees are stagnant. Not the best work culture. Some of my bosses were great, others were horrible. It is hard to motivate people who all are comfortable doing the minimum. You stand out when you go above and beyond but people do not like when you stand out.
