It is a good stable company to work for and I enjoy working there.

Cons

Very high in bureaucracy and it takes forever to get things done that should be easy to do.

9/80 work weeks are great, remote work and telecommuting is ideal, great big family style workforce, awesome people to work with.

Cons

Tough times having the gov't as your #1 client does not help keep staff busy, some management need to learn better communication skills.
