      Pros

      Great people to work with. Everyone will help with any questions. Beet Fridays and great culture throughout the company.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the the amount of work that is required. Many deadlines to meet, which causes added stress.

      Pros

      Been established for 50 years so there is no worry of the company folding soon. Nice facilities. Nice area for the KC office to be located.

      Cons

      Not good for progressive thinkers or creative minded. Over data driven spend most of their time working on data proving data about data that the clients data had data about....but absolutely no time on creative and innovative solutions. Old time solutions done in stale ways from state of the art data. Closed minded leadership and losing good energetic thinkers to other companies.
