      Pros

      Culture that rewards independence and supports associates' development. Challenging work that is meaningful to clients and members. Supervisors who allow independence as long as the job gets done. Employee resource groups and leadership opportunities for those who seek them out. Great 401k match, good PTO, holidays, and benefits.

      Cons

      If you are used to hierarchical organizations, Lockton is very 'flat' and you may not have a career clear path that is right for you without developing one for yourself.
