      Pros

      Stable, steady job with 37.5 hour work week and lots of perks like lunches and paid days off. Everyone is typically nice.

      Cons

      AAMs absolutely feel like a first class citizen while AAs are grunts and typically passed over for opportunities and mentorship in comparison. The work can get extremely tedious over time but the pay is fair. Sometimes the work is stressful and often they don’t want you working over 37.5 or 40 even if there are things to do.
