Poor work/life balance - consistently overworked and underpaid. Poor associate development. Feedback is not shared properly in order to grow in your career.

Great name in the industry, excellent talent development team that create learning opportunities across the board

Cons

Lower end of the pay scale industry-wise, very small yearly bonuses, not a lot of transparency around promotions and career tracks, benefits were good when I first started 8 years ago but have struggled to keep up
