Leadership is all made of family friends; any substantial feedback is tossed aside. They are harsher critics towards their non white, non male associates. You will be pressured to forego work/life balance. Feedback is given to associates in a very condescending manner. Those who overwork, repeat the condescending feedback cycle, and worship the job are rewarded. It is honestly kind of cult like. If you’re a POC, you will need to act like the characters in Get Out if you want to last & move up. Lastly, it is so obvious that there is an underlying prioritization of the Christian religion.
