The management and leadership teams are notably deficient, lacking the foresight and capability required to inspire or effectively guide their employees. This lack of direction and support is further exacerbated by an HR department that not only falls short of professionalism but is outright rude, contributing to an unwelcoming and stressful work environment. the organization's proclaimed commitment to fostering a healthy work culture couldn't be further from the truth. Instead of promoting well-being and collaboration, the prevailing atmosphere is one of self-preservation, with little regard for the collective good or individual growth.

Toxic environment. Any criticism of the Lockton Way or management will get you black listed. If you don't tow the line and kiss up to management, they will make you pay for it. No consequences for management when this happens. The people who are in your corner can't (or don't) do anything as their hands are tied. Promises that were made are not kept. If you fill out a survey or honestly answer questions, and your answers don't fall in line with what they want, you will suddenly have a call from HR for no reason. I feel like I have been left out to dry. Zero support unless you kiss the ring and don't criticize anything.
