Business Outlook
Pros
Privately held company whose environment promotes autonomy and innovation. At an entry level position, my responsibilities far exceed those of my peers and I am continuously challenged everyday.
Cons
Definitely a good sign that I am struggling to think of any! I would say a con may be the segregation between the P&C and benefits team - at least in my office. Another may be that if you do not like to have a full plate at all times - stay away! The team member count can sometimes feel low but as a consequence there is a lot of support between benefits peers - at all levels.
