      Pros

      Growing company with a lot of career advancement opportunities. Culture features a very flat reporting structure that allows associates to work with all different levels of individuals throughout the company and provide meaningful information to support the growth of the company.

      Cons

      As the company grows and the management team changes, it is difficult for long time employees to demonstrate value to new managers while continuing to perform the function and responsibilities expected.

      Pros

      Awesome company, probably the reason I've stuck with it. Love the people I work with everyday and the over all culture of Lockton. A lot of fun work activities, happy hours, etc

      Cons

      The pay isn't the best in the industry, however people still tend to stay because of the company itself.
