      Pros

      If you are a self starter and do not want to be micro managed, then this is the place to be. The culture of the firm is similar to that of a family. If you are a performer, management will be there for you if you have something going on bad in your personal life.

      Cons

      It can be an all consuming job; however, that seems to be the way of the business world these days. Not a Lockton specific complaint.

      Great People, Tons of opportunities to various parts of the business, not your typical internship, ability to enhance various skills.

      No cons this really was a terrific experience for my first internship and recommend this company to anyone looking for a finance internship.
