      Pros

      Believe they have good intentions. Lockton want's to be the best, and of course you want to work for a company that is the best.

      Cons

      There are a lot of chefs in the kitchen so to speak. Sometimes seems like there is confusion or complete disregard around processes. Have several people to answer too without clear line of direction. Will receive calls/emails at all hours of the night and early morning, no respect for family time, vacations don't exist unless you go somewhere with no cell and internet service!

      Pros

      Friendly environment, employees do their best to get to know one another. Upon entering the company about 75% of the NY office will introduce themselves to you and welcome you to the team. Coworkers/Management are appreciative of a good work ethic and will be eager to thank you or tell you you're doing a good job.

      Cons

      Some departments throughout the company lack enforcement of good work ethic from management. Therefore making it troubling at times to work with their employees. This is only in SOME departments.
