      Heartless but good benefits.

      Pros

      Benefits were good. Rolex after 10 years. Health insurance was great.

      Cons

      No heart, you are not allowed tp be a human being. You are just a production number. Was let go for "performance", when my production rate was over 100 percent... no official training program at Affinity location. There was no encouragement or positivity on my team. Not allowed to ask questions. This was a very negative place to work.

      Good company, they will invest significantly in you and give you all the tools to succeed. You will work hard while working, but good balance and lots of socializing and networking.

      Cons

      Feedback doesn't come as often on a day to day type basis. Sometimes feel that I am competing against my peers
