      Pros

      Great people who are able to stay focused on what they do best, taking care of clients. Solid benefits, attractive offices, engaging culture, high performance organization. Highly competitive team with a winning spirit.

      Cons

      Not a lot to complain about, although others clearly have. Like most places, there are undoubtedly some bosses/managers who aren't good leaders. More leadership development might be in order.

      Great work/life balance, great activities, volunteer opportunities, etc.

      Cons

      insurance should be better given their position as a broker, pay could be better, account teams are promoted regularly and acknowledged but supporting staff (IT, research, administrative, marketing, etc.) are not recognized positively for their hard work.
