      Pros

      Great people who are able to stay focused on what they do best, taking care of clients. Solid benefits, attractive offices, engaging culture, high performance organization. Highly competitive team with a winning spirit.

      Cons

      Not a lot to complain about, although others clearly have. Like most places, there are undoubtedly some bosses/managers who aren't good leaders. More leadership development might be in order.

      Pretty much the only positive thing is that they have good benefits. There is some stability. They reimburse continuing education expenses.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? The worst thing for me has been no advancement and no raise. I was promised a raise 6 months after starting almost 3 years later I am still making less than I was supposed to make after 6 months. Only certain "in crow" people are promoted and requirements are always changing. First they tell you that if you show your commitment and stay late they will reward you then when you do that they tell you that the number of hours dont really matter, what matters is the work you get done while you are there. There is no clear direction and there is no one to stand up for you.
