      Pros

      The company offers a lot of flexibility and is growing quickly. If you are good at what you do, it's easy to make yourself indispensable. Decent benefits; Compensation is ahead of the market.

      Cons

      They emphasize work/life balance but struggle to make this a reality as they lag on staffing - but that is a common problem with quick growth. They are experiencing growing pains right now, trying to remain a flat organization and retain the culture that first attracted their top talent but there are definitely cracks in that endeavor, as many of their top talent comes from their competitors who cannot help but to defer back to old habits from dinosaur competitors.
