      Young coworkers make for a fun work environment.

      We’ve been understaffed since I started 4 years ago and I don’t think that has ever changed despite hiring hundreds of people.

      Decent company, needs to open their horizons a little more

      Pros

      The company and management are very supportive and understanding to their employees. The benefits are competitive (with one exception) and the colleagues are generally top-notch. They have a clear plan forward despite the current turbulent economy, which makes it feel like you have job stability and security.

      Cons

      They’re very focused on competitive recruitment and talent retention, but among their attractive benefits they’re missing tuition assistance. This is becoming a standard benefit for large companies, and without it Lockton is falling behind as their most driven employees will seek other employers who can provide it. There are also some positions (administrative etc.) in which there is no clear path to advance your career, which makes these positions (and Lockton) a short-term plan not a long-term one.
