My team works well together Management seems to genuinely care for what they do CEO and corporate team has worked in the industry they're trying to support Flexible work location options
Cons
Some teams simply don't work well with others. Some corporate decisions are out of touch. Pay is decent but not great Execs put way too much focus on degrees to justify paying people significantly less and offering minimal upwards mobility Company has made active efforts to not have employees consensually share salaries and have refused to discuss pay when that is used as a reason for a pay increase
