1) Good company to start your career 2) People are Nice 3) You can good knowledge in initial phase. 4) Salary is good and increment is good. 5) If you work well you can easily get god positron

Cons

1) 6 days working 2) No pick up and drop as well parking issue 3) Only good company to start your career 4) Contract period for everyone 1.5 years + after contract 1 year employment bond. So experience people stay away. 5) Bound to only Manual Testing. 6) No work life balance, you can not get easily leave. 7) In contract period their is no single leave.
