1.company puts pressure on employees by assigning them work of 3-4 person 2.no management at all 3.no hr or any other resource so they can make any decision of their choice because its under one person the owner of company so he can do whatever he wishes, only his voice rules 4.politics as hell please do not go for this company as you will be stuck in this and will regret
