1 - Good exposure to testing basics 2 - Communication with TL and upper management 3 - Various celebration

Cons

1 - Heavy workload in less salary 2 - No proper increment policy. Anyone can get increment anytime, no proper policy for it 3 - No exposure to other testing tools. You get stuck to one thing only 4 - No writing test cases or test plan or anything

1) Open Communication with Senior level is awesome, 2) Promoting even juniors if they have spark in them 3) Trust on employees 4) Direct Director's involvement is something very pleasing to see 5) Good periodic increments in Salary 6) Fast paced working culture.

Cons

You cant leave lodestone after working here such is the impact of the people of Lodestone. You wont find even a single reason to leave the company.
