- Comparatively less workload than other organisations - Good to start career as Software tester (Remember not to stay more than 1-2 yr)

Cons

- Nothing new to learn - Using proprietary tools only - Never get a chance to work on industry leading tools - Never get a chance to learn new technologies - Personal phone is not allowed inside work area - Saturday working - High firing ratio - Only few seniors are supportive - Worst HR policy - Worst IT policy

-> Salary on time -> Cafeteria is good.

Cons

-> Work Life Balance is very bad. -> Too much task pressure. -> 1.5 yrs of document bond (Will submit degrees) -> half on Saturday's which usually extends to full day.
