      Pros

      Loenbro is one of the best employers I've ever worked for. They care about their employee's professional and personal lives and help them strike a balance between the two.

      Cons

      Some employees are stuck with wanting to get into the drama. If they just did their job, instead of worrying about what everyone else was getting, not getting, etc. then they'd be happier. I guess you can't please everyone.

      Praiseworthy culture not communicated well down to bottom levels Leadership/Division heads need to spend more time developing employees into leaders Some execs seem unapproachable
