Pros

Commission schemes are good. But you won't reach target.

Cons

People don't leave a bad company, people leave bad management. Micro managing for the smallest irrelevant matter. Somehow always manages to hire incompetent people for high positions.

Such a lovely brand with a big heritage in craftsmanship, art and culture.

Cons

- Huge lack of organisation and communication; - Commission scheme and company benefits are not clear; - Huge pressure to do CRM but they will not give you a company mobile phone? They expect that you contact clients with your personal number; - Targets becoming higher and higher which makes impossible getting commission;
