LogRhythm is a great company and while I love the product, the people that I work with day in and day out really make this company what it is. The new leadership has instilled a culture of customer obsession by doing everything we can to do what is right for each and every one of our customers. Management provides clear feedback on performance and recognition for a job well done is made known. I feel like I can talk to anyone in leadership and my voice is heard. LogRhythm cares about their employees and I have seen them go above and beyond to help those in need. LogRhythm has a charitable committee called “LoGiving” that routinely helps local and national communities/charities and solicits donation ideas from their employees. One of those charities chosen a few years ago was one that I personally recommended. The donation was very much appreciated by my local organization that provides weekend meals for need based children. In my day to day role, I routinely see people step up to help others by covering meetings, jumping in to assist with a difficult problem, and escalating to the right resources. The new transparency from Product Management is unbelievable. We get regular updates about product enhancements and plans for the future. This has been the best stop in my nearly 20 year career in Cyber Security and I look forward to continuing my tenure with the company.
