The technology wasnt the easiest to sell. Most people have a competing cybersecurity solution installed and are not actively looking to rip and replace.

No lead generation strategy outside big corporate functions (i.e. Gartner), very old-school marketing strategies with an understaffed marketing team that are very stretched thin. Don't market themselves to promote their differentiators instead rely on the same go-to market that their competition uses. Losing market share in both Enterprise and Midmarket due to severe lack in innovation though this is due to change shortly. Management changes too often with conflicting goto markets.
