Pros

Flexible working. Very friendly and relaxed office environment. Very much a team culture and open door policy at all levels. Good training and given plenty of time to learn and shadow before first solo customer engagements.

Cons

The office environment can be a bit noisy at times if you are trying to concentrate but there are conference call rooms available.

Pros

Great product, great culture, the company continues to innovate in their market. Day I arrived they gave me top of the line Macbook pro and a bunch of swag. Company celebrates wins and the senior leadership team are very positive. Processes work well and things aren't too clunky. Sales Support are genuinely helpful, one email and they will sort things out for you. Good marketing, and plenty of new tech being delivered on a consistent basis.

Cons

None that I can think of - for a small vendor they still do things very well without the usual vendor BS.
