      Pros

      Beautiful campus, nice to have cafe on site, some nice benefits. Nice to know you are helping students become educated.

      Cons

      Many cons. Very political. Poor managers are allowed to stay even when everyone knows they are not doing a good job or empowering their employees. If they want someone out, they will find any reason to fire them.

      Pros

      Free chiropractic, faculty and students are friendly, otherwise everyone is pretty fake overall.

      Cons

      Essentially communism. Their values are so beyond messed up. Though it's a private school and students are the product, they treat people and coworkers with the same respect. Oh and the turn over rate is quick because they will kick out anyone for any reasons. A good coworker of mine got let go and when they asked why they were told "it wasn't up for discussion"
