      HR is corrupted and protect repeat offenders and predators - they do not protect the women, and only care about protecting the jobs of their friends Terrible pay - we often do not get our yearly raises in order to pay for new programs, buildings, etc. Leadership does not listen to the staff Classism among administration, faculty, and staff
