      Easy work if you are just an adjunct filling in to help the lead professor.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for work done. Overworked instructors and professors. Administrators are blind to faculty needs. Never enough budget for faculty but administration receive substantial raises. Won’t hire adequate full time faculty.

      The Admissions team is amazing. They are very supportive or growth and work hard to create a supportive and healthy work environment.

      Cons

      Lots of travel with this position, but only some travel as an Admissions Coordinator or similar role.
