Pros
Top product and some good customers
Cons
Since LogicMonitor was acquired most of the staff that made it the company that it was have left, senior management departed soon after with much of the core employees going with them. The CEO and founder(who has also no left) tried in vain to champion the LogicMonitor that once was but this is mostly PR which is a shame as they seem to still have the company's best interests at heart. The culture that made LogicMonitor a great place to work and was fundamental part of the company started to decay as soon as the new owners brought in "their people". The senior management that came in was less about strategic management and more about micro management, squeezing employees to the limit and power plays. This forced many of the most talented people to leave whereas high turnover was never a problem before this.
