CEO is a great leader with solid values and sadly this does not reflect down the chain or across the pond Lots of ambitious, humble colleagues that you can really from that become friends Observability is relevant, LM platform is impressive to customers Salary/commission/expenses is generous SKO is fun, informative and engaging Always team building events happening Teams are very supportive, if you need help or direction it’s always there Diversity and inclusion is a priority with lots of events happening all the time
Cons
The stock plan isn’t great, it’s not life changing At times felt like the blind leading the blind with individuals in positions they are not qualified to do and this lead to frustration Some leaders copying ideas due to lack of own Clicks with management If your not in the office your not seen to be working - outdated Culture isn’t what it was When colleagues leave, it isn’t communicated back to the team and so comes as a shock or disrupts your work - secretive turnover
