-Hands down the most comprehensive benefits package I've ever received. -The culture at LM is what most companies in Austin wish they could emulate, but can't (it's rated the 2nd best place to work for in Austin for a reason). -Solid work/life balance -Clear career path given to you from day 1 -Very competitive pay

Cons

-Parking (as of right now) is a bit of a pain but I hope this is remedied as the company continues to grow.

Cons

Projects are very old and much of the work is solving customer defects Technologies used in project are quite old to develop with If you are a hard core developer, then donot join the company as most of your time would be spent in very less to no development Technologies like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes are used minimal and more of coding stuffs are on old technologies Most of the code is already written by previous folks, so very less chance to work on new things
