The beauty about LM is that it is an agent-less, SaaS-based solution, with more than 2K+ direct customers and 14K+ indirect customers, where 700+ MSPs use our technology as a Service. When you add in the fact that LM has successfully transitioned from an Infrastructure monitoring tool to a hybrid observability platform powered by AI, it proves we are doing the right things to innovate and transform ITOps.
Cons
Sometimes we move to slow and act like a $5B company. That said, we are tackling this problem head on and making changes as needed to fix it.
