      Good pay. Remote work. Lots of growth.

      Cons

      Micromanaged no like no other. Excel sheets to fill out all the time. And almost no control of your accounts. You always have to bring in a resource to figure something out for your accounts. Feels like there's very little ownership or control that you get to have.

      1) no work life balance is there. It is always a rush to finish your tasks. Release week is tough. You have to stretch to finish your work. Sometimes it feels over burdening. 2) too much of context switching. Not able to do focus work. 3) too many processes to follow 4) micro management
