Pros

In the trenches, the people are great. Cross-functionally the people are great, from product to customer support, marketing, and HR. The offering is solid.

Cons

Sales engineering leadership is clueless, at best, and massively egotistical further up. As long as the CTO of Field Operations remains in position it is almost impossible to imagine successful sales. He actively seeks to undermine other functions hoping he can grow his empire. His circle of yes men are an embarrassment to professional people everywhere.

Good pay, benefits, and management. Lots of upward mobility.

Cons

Upward mobility feels mandatory in a sense, definitely not the place to land a cushy job. We work with AI so it feels like you have to make sure you stay ahead of the curve.
