Tech is industry leading Most people are approachable and willing to help Work with well known brands as customers

Cons

If you aren’t in sales then you’re a second class citizen Budget cuts across the business mean very few social or fun engagements No accountability from teams when things go wrong Leadership don’t provide many coaching opportunities and feedback is typically given through commands. 1-2-1s also don’t focus too much on professional development.

If you ever find yourself logged out of all of your systems one day, you've been laid off. No matter how senior you are, you will not get a phone call. You will get the same email that everyone gets.

Cons

C-Level leadership ivory tower. Enterprise Sales leadership needs overhaul. Product not evolving fast enough with meaningful features. Marketing motion historically unaligned/not very supportive with/of sales.
